On the day of the imposing state funeral of HM Queen Elizabeth II, an impressive and unique woman and sovereign who shaped the history of the United Kingdom, Europe and the World for a period of 70 years, I am pleased to share with you the letter which was sent last week to HM King Charles III.

Europa Nostra Board and Staff extends to you all, and to the entire British people, our sincere condolences. We mourn with you the departure of your beloved Queen and we pledge to cherish - together with you - her memory. With huge respect and gratitude for the immense legacy of HM Queen Elizabeth II,
