Launched in June with a brilliant presentation from DigVentures' Lisa Westcott Wilkins, our series continues with talks from Europa Nostra Award-winning projects that are of particular interest for the UK.

Join us on Thursday 21st September 17:30-18.30 GMT for an online presentation of HOMEE -Heritage Opportunities/threats within Mega-Events in Europe - which won a Europa Nostra Award in 2022 in the Research category.

Funded by the European Joint Programming Initiative on Cultural Heritage, the project brought together leading research centres working in the fields of cultural heritage preservation and mega-event planning, to investigate the opportunities and threats posed to urban heritage and communities by events such as festivals, tournaments, expos, capitals of culture, etc.
